If you did not purchase your unit from the resort but through the timeshare resale marketplace, you will not get those incentives and benefits and you could be denied some amenities. Big plus, if you buy directly from the resort, they will finance the purchase for you, but if you go the way of timeshare resales market, this will not be available.
